APPLICATION OF APPLICATION FACILITIES IN TRICHOLOGY

BEAUTIFUL HAIR IS A HEALTH INDICATOR

Trichology is the science of hair and the scalp. She studies the morphology and physiology of hair, develops theoretical and practical methods for the treatment of hair and scalp.

Trichology is officially considered to be a subsection of dermatocosmetology. Hair is an ornament that nature itself has awarded a person. They are filamentous appendages of the skin.

About 90% of hair is made up of hard keratin, a protein that is responsible for strength. The hair also contains the pigment melanin, water, lipids, vitamins and trace elements.

HAIR STRUCTURE

The main parts of hair are:

  • The shaft is the visible part of the hair;
  • The root is the invisible part of the hair located under the skin in the hair follicle.

EXTERNAL STRUCTURE OF THE HAIR

The core part of the hair consists of 3 layers:

  1. The cuticle is the outer layer of the hair, which consists of 6-10 layers of elongated keratinized plate-like cells, which, like tiles, are superimposed on each other in the direction from the roots to the ends. The cuticle primarily has a protective function. It is this layer that is responsible for the shine and silkiness of the hair.
  2. Cortex (cortex) - the middle layer, the thickest part of the hair. It contains keratin and melanin. The cortex provides strength and elasticity to the hair.
  3. Medulla (medulla) is a hair shaft, which consists of 2-4 layers of non-keratinized epidermal cells. The medulla is responsible for thermoregulation, volume, gives strength to the hair, supplies them with nutrients.

INTERNAL STRUCTURE OF THE HAIR

The root of the hair is located in the hair follicle (hair follicle or hair follicle). Here there is a continuous process of cell division.

In the bulb is the hair papilla, consisting of blood vessels and nerves through which nutrition is provided.

At the very root are melanocytes - these are the cells that determine the color of the hair. Also, the number of air bubbles in the hair affects the color of the hair.

Looking at the hair, you can assess the health of a person.

Many factors influence the condition of the hair: ecology, lifestyle, nutrition, season, stress, metabolic disorders, unfavorable climate, bad habits, medication, and overall health.

The main problems of hair are:

  •   their loss;
  •   slow growth;
  •   dandruff,
  •   seborrhea,
  •   alopecia (baldness),
  •   early gray hair
  •   brittleness, etc.

Hair growth often slows down if not handled correctly. Therefore, it is very important to use the right care products.

Don't let your hair get too dirty. Sebum, bacteria and dirt envelop the hair roots and prevent them from "breathing", which leads to slower hair growth.

Trim the ends of your hair regularly, at least once every one and a half to two months. This will significantly help speed up the rate of hair growth.

WHY IS HAIR GROWTH SLOW?

One of the main reasons for slow hair growth is nutritional deficiencies, poor circulation of the scalp. In this case, the hair follicles become passive, but they retain all their functions. If the necessary nutrients enter the follicles, hair growth is accelerated. The most effective is the "supply" of nutrients through the blood stream.

Minerals such as chromium, calcium, copper, iron, iodine, magnesium, potassium, manganese, silicon, sulfur, selenium and zinc contribute to normal hair growth.

HOW TO IMPROVE BLOOD CIRCULATION?

In order to increase blood flow in the scalp, you can use natural nourishing oils. The oil contains in its composition a large amount of fatty acids necessary for hair, perfectly absorbed into the skin and restores the activity of hair follicles.

HOW TO IMPROVE BLOOD CIRCULATION?

Massage can also improve blood circulation. Massaging the scalp stimulates the hair follicles, which also promotes hair growth. Massage should be performed for at least 10 minutes. daily.

Very good yoga classes. Yoga exercises help restore proper blood circulation and increase the activity of hair follicles.

An excellent tool for stimulating hair follicles is the systematic use of Lyapko's application devices.

Scalp massage with UAL:

  •  improves blood circulation and increases blood flow to all layers of the skin;
  •  stimulates the vascular system and improves the functioning of microvessels;
  •  normalizes metabolic processes;
  •  improves cell division processes;
  •  has a good cleansing (detox) effect.

The course is prescribed from 10 to 20 procedures daily or every other day (intensive course), as well as 1 time in 7-14 days (supporting course). Recommended 2-3 courses per year, depending on the indications.

The scalp should be intensively rolled in with “Face Roller-M (MK)” or “Universal Roller-M” for 10-15 minutes.

For static impact, it is recommended to use the Romashka-M UAL in the form of a “cap” on the head for 20-30 minutes.

A head massage with the Pharaoh massager has a good effect.

To stabilize the nervous system, the use of Lyapko's application devices in trichological practice has proven itself well: "Chamomile-M", "Rug large", "Quadro", "Chance", etc. on the back area (especially on the cervical-collar zone) to improve circulation blood and achieve a sedative (calming) effect.

The procedure should be taken in the afternoon (preferably before bedtime). The duration of exposure is 20-30 minutes.

A good therapeutic effect also has an effect on the biologically active points of the foot with the Lyapko application device "Insole Plus".

Regular use of Lyapko's application devices will help make your hair beautiful and healthy!
